Choosing David was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, for so many reasons! We just got our wedding photos back, and we loved how beautifully he captured all the moments for us, and allowed us to re-experience our wedding day. We really loved the photos we received, and our friends also echoed our praises for David! More than that, he went above and beyond his job as a photographer and cared for us as a couple, bringing us water even when we didn't ask, and always checking in on us during the day and reminding us to enjoy it. It was such a joy having him along with us during the whole day, and we truly appreciate having such a wonderful photographer with such a loving heart!

Our friend introduced David to us when we were sourcing for Photographer. We decided to engage him as our photographer on our wedding day after browsing through his portfolio. David is very friendly, experienced, professional and caring guy. Most importantly, he was very punctual and reached early on our actual day. I would say he is more of like a friend than just a photographer. He took care of all the small details such as getting drink for me when I'm thirsty and he is very thoughtful to include a straw so that it will not ruin my makeup. David was our photographer for our AD and he was a terrific photographer to work with. We chose David as we loved how he was able to capture the energy and candid emotions in his photographs, and processed them in the way which suited the style of the couple and mood of the wedding. He was patient in guiding us in the preparation stage, even coming down for our rehearsal to check out the place and order of programme. Although we are usually camera shy, the good rapport we had with him made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera. We also had great fun with him during our mini-photoshoot with the bridal party! We are really thankful to have David to capture moments in our special day and be part of it too!

David is the one you have to engage because he is just so good! Awesome, professional, passionate, accommodating and without you having anything to worry on your already very hectic day!

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting too much when I first met up with David because of a prior discussion with another photographer who left me still confused on what to do or expect on our AD as we did not intend to have any gatecrash or fancy stuff. We and that photographer had no idea how our AD should progress without gatecrash, and was also worried that there would be boring and with nothing fun to capture. 

But after talking to David, we were SO enlightened! He gave us so many ideas on how we could plan our AD, if we wanted to start from the hotel, or if we wanted to start from home (as we were thinking about doing away with the fetching the bride). He provided us with various solutions for the different scenarios we asked him! We knew we have to engage him!

He is ever so responsive, so assuring, and so dependable! From the start of the day, you could see his professionalism at work, and running around with us throughout the day to the different locations for photoshoot and still so energetic! What really touched me is that I can feel that he genuinely cares for us, like a dear friend, constantly reminding us to keep hydrated, to rest more because he knows how tiring it can be. 

And please listen to his suggestions, because initially I didn’t want to have my mini photoshoot taken in my “qua”. But he convinced me to, and the photos turned out really great! I don’t know how he does it, but his pictures are really bright, vibrant and he captures all the best moments, candidness of people and their expressions through his lens!

I am really grateful to David because he made our AD such a breeze! He is definitely more than a photographer to us, but also that dear, dependable friend who is there to celebrate and help us capture the precious memories that we would still be smiling about when we look back at the pictures. He was with us throughout, till the last guest left (so he could finally capture me in tears. Hahahaha).

We selected David after comparing many photographers. His portfolio is uniquely different, as other photographers (especially from wedding packages) seems to have some standard template of how the sequence and framing needs to be, making their shots boring.

Indeed, he is comfortable to work with, giving directions when needed without being intrusive.. Otherwise, David was like a ninja, able to capture the most beautiful moments without us realising. He was able to capture the essence of the entire day with fun and happiness in each shot. You can trust him to do a good job on your most important day.

David's style is more journalistic photography, so he captures moments and expressions at their best. This was great as we didn't want the typical posey type photographs. The photos turned out great! But what was more important was David's professionalism. From the first time we contacted him, he was always prompt with his responses and even gave us advice for the actual day (such as, remember to bring along your ICs for solemnisation). It is evident that he treats each of his client more like a new-found friend, and would go all the way out to help them. Overall we are really pleased with the deliverables for the value-for-money price and would highly recommend David for his photography services!

We engaged David to help us with our pre-wedding shoot back in December 2014. True to how he describes his works, he encouraged us to tell our personal stories through the photos and thus began the process of going through possible venues and concepts in detail. 

He is everything that you would wish for in a photographer; patient, obliging, creative and passionate. To put these attributes into context, I could just cite an example of his professionalism. We were half way through our shoot when it began to pour. Despite the torrential rain, David put on his jacket and armed with an umbrella, he braved the rain and continued the shoot for us at Tiong Bahru, risking his own equipment. Personally, the result was some of the best photos we could ever wish for. One of them proudly hung at the end of the hallway in our new home.Now as we look back, we are really grateful for the amazing shots that were taken that day. The pictures turned out great for both events and everyone agreed that David is a gem!

We are a couple that does not usually take photos, but having David as our wedding photographer really exceeded our expectations and he made us feel extremely at ease during our entire wedding day. David not only captured beautiful moments during our wedding day, from the picking up of the bride to the mini photo shoot, solemnisation and dinner, he checked in on how we were feeling throughout the day and assured us that things were going well when tensions ran high (which usually happens during weddings!). It was through recommendation from The Gown Warehouse, and we got to know about David. A very nice and easy going person. During our first meetup, he was friendly and took down details of whatever we discussed, and also went through his works with us. Soon after we left, we received a follow up email from him at the end of the day. He is efficient and sincere. Without much further consideration, we knew he is the one and proceeded with the confirmation. And true enough, he did not fail us throughout the whole process.

He helped us with the printing of our prewedding photos, went through the layout together with us. He guided us through the whole process and helped us with whatever he could. The photobook is very pretty and the quality of the paper used is above our expectations. He is very transparent with his pricing, definitely no pushy hard selling or whatsoever.

On the wedding day, he came early to make sure everything was in order. He was professional and took the photos quietly without interfering much. He is very patient throughout the whole day, from morning gate crashing to tea ceremony to mini photoshoot to dinner banquet, from the "must have" traditional family photos, table-to-table photos, to fun and crazy shots. Due to the haze recently, he was also very flexible with us changing the photoshoot venue and was up to the challenge to have it taken indoors, at our house multistory carpark. It has been a very long day, yet he stayed till the very last guest of mine left the banquet.

He is definitely more than just a photographer but one that captures every moment of my big day.

What first attracted me to David's photos were the vibrant colors and how he manages to capture 'that moment'. I was very impressed by his ability to time the shots and how you know by looking at the picture what the focus is.
